on a scale

this morning, i fixed my car. well, last night, i got home and i had my window down on my car. so i rolled it up like any normal thing. gets to the top and crunch. not good. so i decided oops, and rolled it down. crunch crunch like the cookie monster. mmmm, yah, no. and now it doesn't roll up. so it's 11:30, and i have a window that won't roll up and it's on the street. i decide to park it in the belmont parking lot behind the art center. i had a tarp in my car, and put that over the window. it looked like the ghetto.

so this morning i researched some some car mechanics. latondress auto world got the best reviews. but then i had a thought. what if i can make this work, cause taking it to the garage is automatically going to cost $50 or so. cause i didn't want to pay hundreds to get a new window. i was hoping for a way to get it up and not cause any more damage. so i did a little research, not much help. there are screws and plastic connectors. unscrew the screws and pull on the plastic things. not like, oh, they are here, here, and here.

well, after about 2 hours or so, i got it done. my window is up. it's no broken, it some plastic thing on the rail. the motor is good. i disconnected the motor so it can't accidentally be activated and break more. the only thing that sucks is that i can't go through drive-through.
